    Release of a share of an estate i) Mary Ann Malden, Eaton Socon, widow ii) Henry Dillamore, Hatch, Northill, farmer Fanny Dillamore, Hatch, spinster reciting the will of Henry Dillamore, deceased reciting the death of Ebenezer Malden, husband of i) on 11 July 1872 In an Agreement of 15 March 1879, it was recited that the personal estate of testator was insufficient by about 80 to make up legacies of 300 and 100, so children had agreed that this deficiency should be deducted from the value of the real estate before a division should be made among them. Deficiency actually amounted to 90 11s 2d Cost of valuation amounted to 116 8s 5d Total - 206 19s 7d making real estate valued at 13,43 5d which with 700 added (as provided in will) makes 13, 743 5d which is 3435 15s 1d each to ii) and Sarah and 2735 15s 1d to i) Said 2735 15s 1d and 39 1s (portion of rent of real estate) makes 2774 16s 1d which is payable to i). ii) have up to 24 July 1879, at various times, paid to i)2461 7s leaving due to i) 313 5s 1d, which ii) have this day paid to her Now in consideration of 2774 16s 1d paid to i) by ii) i) discharges ii) and also all the real estate etc at Upper Caldeccote, from any actions concerning her claim Signature of i) endorsed receipt witnesses W Thos Chapman Arthur Brookes
