After her decease to pay 100 to son Henry Dillamore out of said personal estate
Residue of trust monies to be paid equally to 4 children i.e. Ann, wife of Ebenezer Malden, Henry Dillamore, Sarah wife of William Archbutt, and Fanny Dillamore except that Fanny's share shall be 200 less than the rest
After decease of wife ... to Henry Dillamore and William Archbutt - freehold estate at Biggleswade, now in occupation of Walter Parker in trust for sale. Proceeds to be divided between children ... to son Henry Dillamore and daughter Fanny Dillmore, as tenants in common
- real estate at Upper Caldecote subject to payments to Mary Ann Malden and Sarah Archbutt said estate to be valued - one valuer to be chosen by Henry and Fanny and the other by Mary Ann and Sarah
Value of such estate, together with 700 (being about the value of the property which Mary Ann Malden received under will of his late father-in-law, James Bates of Biggleswade) to be added thereto and total to be divided into 4 equal shares.
Henry and Fanny to pay 1/4th part (less 700) to Mary Ann Malden, and one other 1/4th part to Sarah.
