Reconveyance (attested copy) i) Joseph Gripper, late of Hertford, now of Albany Villas, Hove, Sussex, gentleman William Green, late of Cheshunt, Herts, but now of Holloway, Middx, gentleman ii) William Thomas Chapman, Biggleswade, gentleman iii) Cowdell Chapman, Inner Temple, London, special pleader Reciting Lease and Release of 4 and 5 September 1821 being the marriage settlement of Charles Bell of Hertingfordsbury and Frances Green of Ware [see Z 858/18/6 for abstract] Charles Bell died on 4 April 1845 There was one child of the marriage, Frances, who married William Cremer Reciting also deed of 21 December 1854 1) Frances Bell 2) William Cremer and wife Frances by which Frances in consideration of natural love and affection for her daughter, Frances Cremer, released to 2) - her right to devise all or any of said messuages, lands before mentioned reciting deed of 23 December 1854 Frances Bell died at Hertford on 29 August last [1857] and was buried at Bengeo, Herts Now in consideration of 10s each to i) paid by ii) i) as trustees convey to ii) - above property to use of ii) or to iii) for use of ii) copy signatures of i) and ii) various witnesses 1 February 1858 Copy made 18 January 1873
