By his will dated 26 November 1872 (proved at Hereford District Registry on 21 January 1875) he devised Trewyn Manor and all his real estate to his son, Jeremiah Lilburne Rosher He is now admitted to - Undivided moiety of --- Farmyard and close of pasture in occupation of Samuel Wells --- 13a arable, leys and sward ground lying dispersedly in common fields of Biggleswade held at rent of 4s 4d --- Piece arable in Town Field in Biggleswade (6a 3p) Exclusive of road crossing, called Christy's Piece or Stanley Piece held at rent of 1s 3d - Moiety of --- Piece arable in Hitch Mead, Biggleswade, called Reeves Hitch Furlong (4a 1r 32p) abutting in part on lands of Edward Rudd and then of John Foster and E on Hitch Mead Furlong formerly in occupation of John Steward and then of Messrs Hogg and Lindsell --- Piece arable called Cranes Piece or Crane's Piece in Town Field, Biggleswade, on side of Crab's Lane (4a 2r 30p) formerly in occupation of Edward Rudd, then John Samm and then John Steward and late of Messrs Hogg and Lindsell to which (with other property sold to Biggleswade School Board) J B Rosher was admitted tenant on 30 April 1847 as eldest son of his mother, Sarah Rosher, deceased Jeremiah Lilburne Rosher is now admitted tenant to said moiety fine - 1s 3d Rents - 4s 4d, 2s 1d, 1s 3d
