- Pieces land near said street on which stables and coachhouses have been built lately converted into cottages and dwelling houses
- 3 cottages fronting Stratton Street
- Piece ground belonging formerly in occupations of Willam Saunders, John Hankin, and Elizabeth Tyre, widow, and now of John Saunders, John Hankin and Thomas Hopkins to which premises, subject to life estate of Elizabeth
Jefferys (late Elizabeth Farringdon, widow), ii) was admitted tenant at Court held on 27 and 28 April 1804 on the surrender of William Carr, and John Croft was admitted on 29 and 30 Aril 1808 on the surrender of Thomas and Elizabeth Jefferys to use of ii) enfranchised from all manner of yearly payments, fines etc
Also i) confirms to ii)
- All commonable rights belonging to said manor as he had as copyhold tenant
