Abstract of the title of Sir Francis Willes, knight, to the Manor of Bigleswade, reciting: Certification that in pursuance of a warrant from the Lords Commissioners of H M Treasury dated 3 October 1807, the Surveyor General had agreed to sell to Sir Francis Willes: - The Manor of Bigleswade, rents, courts etc Said Manor was part of the possessions of the Crown and had been put up for sale by auction at Garraways Coffee House, London, on 10 September 1807 at which Sir Frances Willes bid 2180, which with various deductions was reduced to 2092 14s 2d
