- Piece land near Stratton Street in Biggleswade on which piece of land had lately been erected several coach houses and other edifices
- Common of pasture for one horse, 2 cows and a breeder in Biggleswade common to which piece of land William Fowler was admitted tenant at Court held on 27 October 1790 on the surrender of Thomas Farrington to the absolute use of John Croft, Biggleswade, schoolmaster, who is now admitted tenant yearly rents - 1s, 7d, 1d, and 6d fines - 4d, 2d, 1/3rd of 1d, 1/2d and 2d
