Act', for purpose of forming a Joint Board for constructing waterworks for joint supply to Urban and portions of Rural District Councils
It has been agreed that ii) shall be engineer of the Council for carrying out the works authorised by the Act
With 15 Articles of Agreement between them regarding the way in which ii) should carry out his job
