They were also appointed as executors. He died on 7 July 1862. Will proved (PPR) on 2 October 1862 George Newbery died on 9 March 1873 ii) are present trustees of Biggleswade Savings Bank and being about to close said Bank, notified the Commissioners for the Reduction of the National Debt and obtained their consent to turn into money all property held by them as trustees Now in consideration of 325 paid by iii) to ii) As trustees of the Biggleswade Savings Bank i) as surviving executors of William Hogg, deceased, do, by direction of ii), assign and confirm, to iii) -property as in lease of 22 August 1843 - Principal messuage being part of old Town Hall standing thereon to hold for residue of term of 99 years subject to payment of rent Signatures of i) and ii) Endorsed receipt Witnesses Thos J Hooper, sol, Biggleswade A Cecil Bassett, clerk to Mr Hooper, John King Jarvis, Lynn
