Now in consideration of 280 paid to i) by ii) in full for all principal and interest money, and also of 5s paid by iii) to i)
i), at direction of ii) transfers to iii)
- Said cottage, ground and premises in Biggleswade
- Newly erected cottages
For remainder of said term in trust for ii) to be assigned or disposed of as he shall think fit and in the meantime in trust to attend the inheritance of said premises
