Puirsuant to a special resolution of the Committee passed on 25 September 1905
ii) Biggleswade Rural District Council
Reciting that ii) require to construct through the property of i) the works as in schedule
Now in consideration of 1 5s paid by ii)
i) grant to ii) full and free licence to construct and use works in said schedule, and licence to maintain said works
Subject to following conditions
1) ii) will construct works at their own cost
2)works to permanently support private road and not to cause inconvenience or interfere with use of tramway
3) to give 24 hours notice of repairs and to do as little damage as possible, and make good surface of roadway
Schedule
- Watermain or mains running along or under the private road extending from Arlesey - Hitchin highway towards the Great Northern Railway, and any necessary service connections
