Gaher, late of Bloomsbury Square, Mddsx., then of Cambridge Villas, Camden town (iii) Jn. Sharp of Clophill, yeo. & w. Ann (iv) T.P.W. Earl de Grey (Rec. of B. & S. of 7 July 1846 btwn. (iii), (ii), & (i), enrolled (rectg. iii seised of lands (below) with redrs. and desired to make estate tail into absolute estate, and to bar redrs. A. Sharp agreed to destruction of her right to dower for annuity.) (to ii) - close (below) to use of (i) for 2000 yrs. to secure sums to be advanced by (i) to (iii) of not more than 500, subject to proviso for repayment of deed of even date btwn. same parties - to use of Jn. Sharp for life. After determination of estate to use of (ii) in trust for Jn. Sharp with annuity of 50 to Ann Sharp if she survived her husband. Sharp agreed with (iv) to sell property below for 215 + valuation of timber = 5. Rec. 500 in all owing to (i) but all interest pd. Rec. (iii) & (i) agreed that cons. of 220 should be pd. to (i) in part payment of this. Rec. A. Sharp agreed to be party for annuity of 50 if she survives her husband.)
