After her dec. to 3 children, viz.:-
To Wm. Thurbin Crounch (son) estates in Uxbridge bt. of Mr.
Nich. Mercer occ. testator, Jn. Edmonds, Ric. Ashley, & My.
Fletcher. Subject to payment of 100 to s. Thos., 200 to
dtr. Ann, 350 to dtr. Eliz.
To s. Thos. Crouch estate at Pulloxhill
To dtr. Ann Crouch part of Uxbridge estate bt. of Mr.
Sam. Mason, occ. Sam. Cowdry. (Provisions if children
die under age)
To w. Ann:- 100 and not more than 100 worth of household
goods.
To Mr. Thos. Clark par. of St. Sepulchre, London,
bricklayer and Mr. Dane Norton of Uxbridge, linen draper
as guardians of children:- 10 each
To servant maid Martha Smith:- 12 if living with him at
his dec.
Redr. of personal effects to be divided among children
Guardians to administer legacies during minorities of
children. They and excx. to sell personal estate left to
children and invest money for their education.
