There is no mortgage on any property except Lordship Farm recently completed, and he suggests Shillington Bury for the new advance: it used to be mortgaged to the Grellet Trust along with Barge End Farm, Pirton. Shillington Bury is let at 100 pa and the land adjoining at 80.
