Recites codicil 8th December 1823 devising recently purchased property in Shillington on same terms Recites George Musgrave died 9th March 1824, will pro 22 April 1824 PCC Recites his son George Musgrave died 27 June then last past Recites Horace Musgrave, 1st son of George Musgrave Musgrave, died 11 October 1851, never having been married Recites Edgar Musgrave, 2nd son, was 21 on 26 April 1856 Recites George Musgrave Musgrave and Edgar Musgrave desire to bar the equitable estate in tail mail and all remainders without prejudicing the estate limited by the will and codicil Recites Indenture 31 July 1861 between 1) George Musgrave Musgrave 2) Edgar Musgrave 3) Revd Bryant Burgess of Latimers Parsonage, Buckinghamshire and Francis Cobb esq of Doctors Commons, London Recites (1) desires to exercise the joint power of appointment to the use of the trusts (1) and (2) direct that all the above premises should remain to the use of (1)
