Snow Hill, Maulden. Freehold brick and tile messuage divided into three tenements, each containing one room and closet below and two bedrooms, another messuage divided into three tenements, two of which are brick-cased, the centre one brick-plaster and stud, with a tiled roof to the whole, containing together five rooms below and five above and each has also a barn; there is a well and spring of water, and a substantial stone building fitted with an oven for the joint use of the tenants, together with a plot of garden ground with an un-built frontage to Ampthill road of 71 feet containing 2r and divided into gardens for the tenants. By direction of the executors of the late Mr John Rogers. [see also SF39/9]
