hedge on left against the Gt. Coppice wood, for which
he is to pay additional rent 5;
landlord to maintain a 'perticon' (partition) in Canon 'Hell' for
mowing hay, provided tenant 'does not mow for hay
in any one place but once in 2 yrs., on pair of 5;

apparently in place of deleted clause that landlord
would deliver to tenant 12 loads of hay at current prices) ;
(deleted clause that landlord would deliver to tenant
sufficient stakes for partition hedge) ;
if tenant erects a barn on premises, he is to deliver it
