Hale, husband of Ann, and leased by the Earl of Kent from Christ Church, Oxon.,; except that part of the parsonage house in which Hen. Bilcocke dwells, and part leased to Edw. Dyllon, servant of the Earl; and also except the tithes from the capital messuage and lands of the Earl known as Wrest and Cainhoe, (save in 2 closes called Highfield and Broadlands;) tenant to pay the Earl's rent to Christ Church, deducting it and expenses from 140 above; she is to be allowed to bring hay and corn from above property through Middle ground at Wrest to the barn demised above or to 2 barns in Cainhoe farm, Wrest, leased with Broadlands; witn.
