Will (copy) of Chas. Read of Silsoe, gent.
to w. Sarah messuage in Silsoe in which testator
dwells, and household goods, for life; then to
dau. Sophia, w. of Rev. Jos. Wilton Pawsey, clerk,
for life; then to s-in-law J.W. Pawsey;
rest of real estate, where he has granted lease or
leases, to bro-in-law Geo. Cooper of Middx.,gent.,
and friend Jn. Edwards jr. of Silsoe, carrier, (exors.),
in trust to sell by auction 6 months before expiry
of leases; proceeds to be applied as follows,
together with such money as shall not be in ready
money or Navy 5% stock:- to be invested in
Navy 5% goverment funds; intrest to w. Sarah
for life, then to dau. Sophia for life; then
stock to be sold and proceeds divided between
the children of dau. Sophia at age 21, and used
during their minority for their education;
