Danyell covenanted with Wayte that if Wayte bought back
the manor (paying him on St. Catherine's day between
8 a.m and 2 p.m. at Luton parish church 184 within the
next 7 yrs.) Danyell should remain seised of the manor
for 21 yrs., paying Wayte 9 p.a.;

Wayte has insufficient money to buy (back) the land, and has
quitclaimed to Danyell all his rights under recited indenture
and to demandants in 5/345 all rights in that;
