Title
Conveyance (lease and release): annuities as below;
and a competent sum.
(i) Eliz. Lock late of Silsoe, now of St. Paul's,
Covent Garden, Middx.
(ii) Amabell, Dowager Countess of Kent.
closes of pasture, wood ground and land, containing
30 ac., called Beech closes, occ. Thos. Gwynn.
(ii) will pay to (i) annuity of 30; on death, to
sisters Judith Wilkinson, wife of Martin Wilkinson,
of same parish, and Mary Spence, one of 16, to be
divided equally between them; or to longer liver;
if Martin Wilkinson survives all, he is to have
annuity of 8; payments to be made in the common
dining-hall of the Inner Temple.
