s. Edw. is 22; then to s. Edw. all freehold lands
in Bedfordshire in Silsoe in par. of Flitton; subject
to payments to s. John (150) at age 22; and to
dau. Mary, s. Sam. & Ric., dau. Alice and Anne 150
each at age 21; also to s. Edw. houses, lands and leases
in Peterborough in consideration that his mother will
willingly yield up her jointure at Silsoe, s. Edw. paying
her 15 p.a.; also to s. Edw. a copper with all the
brewing vessels thereto belonging and a bedstead and furniture
in the best chamber.

Sparkes of Ampthill (20s. each).
