(i) Chas. Earl of Kent, and s. Hen., Lord Grey of
Ruthin.
(ii) John Munnes of Harrold Park yeom.
the Lodge in Harrold Park, herbage, pannage etc., and
the office of the keeper of the park.
'And in case the same shall be disparked by the said Earl
during his life or after his death by the said Lord
Grey' they have leased to Munnes the soil and ground
of the park.
Except timber.
Leased for 21 years 'if it shall so long be continued
a park'; if disparked, to hold house and soil for
remainder of the term.
Rent: 40 marks p.a.; if disparked, 50 p.a.
Clauses as before, all with proviso as to disparking.
