- property in L4/1 except such interests as Hy. Fisher
granted to the same Rbt. Power in 3 closes of
past. (now cont. in 2, viz. Lodge Hill or Castle
Close, & Inne Land, Damme and Inne Land Spitteld)
late in occ. Ric. Fissher, gent, with right of
Rabbit warren in Castle Close; for rent of 7.3.4
and also interests of Rbt. Thorpe for keeping
certain woods called Howgrove and Pidley woods,
by grant of (i).
- 310 from (iii) to (i); 490 from (iii) to (ii)
at direction of (i), to discharge (i)'s debt.
- lease in L4/1 from (i) to (iii)
- Cov. against the interest of Reginald, E. of Kent
and Sir Hy. and Lord Compton, by name.
- if (i) fails to void the supposed lease above to
Rbt. Power of the two closes by Mich. 1575, then
(i) to pay to (iii) 100 on the west side of the
Royal Exchange, London, between one and four of
the clock in the afternoon of the same day, and
(iii) to take the rent of 7-3-4- due from the
lease.
- (i) has given bond for 1200 to observe cov.
