Nelson's Head, Merryland, St Ives formerly called 'The Three Tuns' Copy of Court Roll of Manor of St Ives with the Sleap and Burstellars, Hunts out of court surr by Jn Allen of St Ives, victualler, (by hands of Jn Edwards and Jas Sharp, customary tenants) to use of Benj Vipan, Wm Martin and Geo Aikin of Mepal, Isle of Ely and County of Cambridge, Brewers new erected messuage of tenement called ' The Three Tuns' Alehouse, St Ives, Hunts, in Merry Land, (late the estate of Jn Cole Esq and before that of Isaac Jones and now in tenure or occ of Jn Allen) with all houses, outhouses etc Condition Vipan etc to be admitted and then conditionally surrender to use of John Allen as security for 400 and 5% interest
