Recites William Williams died 9 October 1868, will dated 10 May 1864, proved at Northampton 4 December 1868, leaving his wife MW all his estates. Recites Indenture dated 1871 between 1) Mary Williams of Bedford 2) Joseph Burman, coachbuilder of Bedford whereby JB pays off the mortgage, now 320 plus 45 interest, so that FEF is now mortgaged to him instead of MW.
