mill stones within 2 years, in return for
which (i) will abate 1 yrs. rent.
- (ii) to maintain buildings ('only great
rough timber excepted'), dam, flood gates
& tiles of the mill, banks of stream, iron,
brass & stone work.
- (i) to have right to fish
- (ii) to plant 20 willows annually, if any
die will replace them by double number.
