(? in Blunham) - fishing rights, osier beds etc. - Nether Grasse Croft - (? for life of (ii) and one year after) - (ii) to repair all going gear, (i) to provide sufficient timber of oak, elm crabtree, and maple (? for structural repairs), the charge and workmanship to be (ii)'s. - (ii) to 'drave' and 'skower' the river and repair and make the banks of the same from the north end of the mill's foundations as far as (i)'s ground goeth southward, and shall do as much as within him lyeth to keep the water of the river within the banks of the same to the end that as little water of the riverhurt as possible may be done to any ground adjoining to the other side of the same. - (i) to sustain and maintain the foundations and water work of the fulling mill and corn mill and the standing 'stokes' of the fulling mill and to suffer the water of the said river at all times to come unto the mills in such right course as it doth the day of the date hereof without interruption or let. - Seal of (ii): applied, papered, poor. - Witnesses: (?lost) - The top right hand 1/8 of this document has been torn away -
