Copyhold: estate in Horsloe Street NOW in occ of Jn Franklin the Elder, Boston Compton, Phillip Dennie and Thos Westrope ; arable land called Byas Green Close now in occ of Rich Graham with all the appurtenances Son Jn 200 at 21 yrs Son Edmund copyhold estate at corner of Mill Lane in occ of Jn Bellman, Wm Giles and Thos Crowder with appurtenances; 6A in Windmill field NOW in occ of Wm Mark with appurtenances and shares of waste land after decease or marrying of wife 200 at 21 yrs Wife use of household goods, furniture and implements until decease or marrying after to be divided between sons.
