Letter regarding a footpath from [?]Pissam Bottom to Pepperstock which lay partly in Caddington and partly in West Hyde; the path had been ploughed up, the owner declaring that he had been advised that it was of no use to anyone and intended stopping the footpath and prosecuting anyone trying to use it.
