Lenhouse Gaitskell of Stamford Street, Surrey, gentleman (iv), in consideration of 90 paid to (ii) by (iv), by the direction of (ii) and the appointment of (iii), (i) assigned to (iv) the residue of an unexpired term of 500 years created by a mortgage dated 20 May 1760 on land as conveyed in (I) (and which by an Indenture of Assignment dated 2 Dec 1829 was assigned to (i)). n.d.
