    - to good friends Thomas Evans, gent of Hitchin, cousin Abraham Skegg, and Daniel Nash, maltster of Hitchin, 800 stock being her share of 3% consolidated annuities, on trust to retain them and pay all interest to Elizabeth Flint, sister of brother John Field's wife - after the death of Elizabeth Flint, the 800 to be shared equally between all brother John's daughters towards their education, and if he have no daughters then between his sons at age 21 - to beloved mother Sarah Field, handsome mourning, 10, and for her life the use of the great pier glass in a gilt frame now hanging in mother's parlour, and after her death to Beata wife of Henry Mason, baker and mealman of Baldock - to brother John Field, his wife and all his children, one suit of decent mourning - to brother John Field 10 - to brother's wife Frances Field, her sister Elizabeth Flint, and Ann Read wife of John Read, distiller of Hitchin, the rest of the wearing apparel; any they do not choose for their own use to go to Elizabeth Adams who now lives servant with mother - to Elizabeth Adams 10 - to nephew John, son of brother John Field, her printed books - to cousin Abraham Skegg, her ring marked with cypher M.F. on hair - to his wife Joyce the best bed quilt, a pair of sheets and 10 - to Esther wife of Daniel Nash, rest of household linen - to Ann Read daughter of John Read, writing and working instruments - to Ann Brown, widow of William Brown of Hitchin, pair of metal candlesticks, pair of snuffers and stand, and best handkerchief pin - to Revd John Fesh six teaspoons marked M.F. and 1 guinea to buy a ring to wear in testator's memory - to Dr Reynolds of Bedford Row, London, 1 guinea to buy a ring to wear in testator's memory - to Barbara Whittamore of Bearton, widow, 5 5s - to be buried in linen - all china and glass sold and converted to ready money - to Thomas Evans, Abraham Skegg and Daniel Nash 10 each as a small gratuity for their trouble in performing the Trusts - to the same, the residue on trust to share equally between the children of brother John; appoints them executors "If during my life I should be deprived of my reasoning faculties so as to render me incapable of managing my own affairs" then the 3 executors to take possession of her property and provide for her in such manner as they think proper - executors may from time to time reimburse themselves from the trust monies Witnesses: Elizabeth Underwood, Law Timell
