Letter Reads- Calculation of value of farm house and building in relation to rent of farms is basically: the house is worth two years rent and the buildings three years for 500 acres of land. Adjustments are needed for a larger farm as the house is probably no larger and vice versa. He also gives detailed reasoning about his calculations. He is going to look over Lord Torringtons farm with his permission.
