Letter Reads- Enclosed letter of thanks from Rev Greene for 20 for Steppingly school. Mr Stenning may be forced to reduce his price on timber because of the effect on the price of bark for book fronts due to the proposed free importation of manufacturers' leather. The farmers are becoming reconciled to the effects of free trade and some have spoken of the possibilities which will still arise.
