Mr Bennett proposes to see Mr Giles about an increase in the Police with particular reference to Houghton Regis. There have been further fires in the County. He discusses at length his views on the reasons for an increase in crime in the County. He comments that there is a great decrease in the Union houses and also in Outdoor Relief but adds that there is plenty of work.
