Letter Reads- Bennett asks whether Lord John Russell will join with Lord Charles Russell in selling two cottages of which they each own one. He says that the Navigation Proprietors will let the Duke have a shed at the New Wharf in which to keep a cargo of coal to be moved as necessary. He writes several paragraphs on the drainage from the Abbey, outlining the current situation and discussing the feasibility and possible effects of various proposals for change.
