Letter Reads- Mr. Bennett continues his proposals for repairing storm damage, which he describes in considerable detail. He also says that the weather had cleared up and the harvest generally started Lord Charles Russell had asked Mr. Bennett's advice as to the price he would be justified in asking for Mr. Seymour's crops to the succeeding tenants. Mr. Bennett encloses a proof of instructions to gatekeepers.
