    Letter Reads- When Duke makes change with Ireland, it will be advisable to do so with Loton, so as to have one plan of management of woods. Oakley farmhouse. Audit dinners; should like to make change; dinner 4; I usually stay till 8; most leave with me, but some stay, sing & get uproarious; usually in good fellowship, but at Woburn they sometimes squabble. Don't know how to stop them; if no more at Duke's expense they would at their own or go elsewhere. Ours are no worse than others if a bad; but I believe allover the kingdom farmers think if they went home sober they could not pay rent. It is the most irksome duty I have to go through.
