Letter from Robert Butcher to the Duke
Reads- Improvements made in the Covent Garden and Bloomsbury estates from Lady Day 1739 to Lady Day 1762. There is not a single house upon all the house of the estate to be let except such as are intended to be rebuilt. The state of the Duke's and Lord Tavisticks affairs in the Country of Middlesex. The irregularity of the pavement in Southampton Street, which ought to be remedied.
