    Letter to Robert Butcher from Jer. Fish Palmer, Bedford Reads- I summoned a special jury, and as your deputy executed the writ of ad quod damnum at the George, Woburn, where (instead of giving the jury money) I gave them a handsome dinner. They have returned as their answer that it will not be to the damage of anyone if the Duke has liberty to hold a fair annually on the day of the Circumcision. I did not succeed in getting Lord Royston's courts - Mr. Wilkinson of Baldock has them. Transcript available
