Letter to Robert Butcher from Amb. Reddall, Eversholt
Reads- I send abstract of Cotchings' title to estate in Eversholt agreed to be sold to Duke - a good title; also draft of conveyance. As the poor men are in great wants of their money, please despatch at once. It would be good-natured to save cost of levying a fine. (Obscure reference to "the misfortune which John has laboured under.")
