Reads- I received by last post from Mr. Dickinson our act for enclosing Aspley; in which I find the preparer of the bill has made a considerable mistake concerning Birchmore & Aspley woods, from which he makes the tithes of underwood to be only due, whereas other tithes have been constantly paid and received. As the woods are to remain on their former footing, I thought that circumstance ought to be fully expressed, so have rectified the mistake; hope you approve.
