Letter from John Lardner in Wandsworth to Robert Butcher Reads- I have examined the premisses and find that the most it can be let at is 35 a year for it will require 100 to make the yard fit and another 50 to make the house in the dutch yard tenantable. (Concerning a fellmongers house and yard).
