Reads- "Sir this is to let you know that I expect of the offer of the farm if wee can a Gree and if my Brother Dear Goath out. but my brother is very angrey with me that I should take aney notess of you for he thinks that it is all of your own dowing and not of his Lords order. My brother talks of going to Oburn to Speak with His Grace but I think he never would Come there. Sir I hope I shall heare of you about this afore or I would meat with you twenty miels where you would please to direct me to treat about sum pertectlers about the farm.
PS Mr Thurlbouns Esteat heath ben enquered after of my by two parsons and you pleas to dow anything in that nater or order me."
