Reads- Sir, youer former i had answered butt Willis tould me he expeted you down in avery short time the tenant thatt I treted with has hiered one (?) i treated with Willis his tarmes are that he will give the ould rent previding his Grace will throw him in one years rent and take a lese for twele years i tould him that if he wood take a lese for twenty one years i would prepose it to you but he wood not agree to it i cannot lite of a tenant att present butt will indever to gett one i desier the faver not to give youer self any troubell of makeing any apoleage of not being aquainted for whatt ever lyes in my power i should be willing to sarve you with all pleser this will is my very humbel sarves to Mr Holt and sslf for youer very Humbel sarvt Daniell Barnard.
