Because of Sir John Fitz's unsatisfactory dealings for Tavistock rectory, has made a new lease with officers Roger Bouke & Walter Wentworth. Give John Gove directions about profits of Easter book, and that all parishioners may know I have so appointed. Deal earnestly with the eight of Tavistock for Sir George Fletwood & Ned Duncombe.
