residue to trustees to permit wife Ellen Samuel
to occupy or receive the rents for her life
then Trustees to sell (if yngest child is 21)
8 Acres of land at Hauxton, Cambs, to the
Trustees to receive rents for wife till yngest
child 21 for maintaining and clothing their children.
(to be sold at same time as Harston property)
Costs of sales to be allowed to Trustees then
residue to be divided between all surviving
children but if parent died before share out then
any lawful issue 'to share that parent's share
BUT if wife dies before yngest child is 21 then
to apply the money towards maintenance and
clothing of children
after paying off mortgage debt with pt of Rowley's
purchase money, leave rest in Fred Wm Rowley's
hands under a Promissory Note with 5% interest
