occupiers of 36 Trumpington Street at all times
at which licensed premises may be kept open for
the sale of intoxicating liquors and for all
purposes between the side door of No 36 Trumpington
Street opening into the said premises on S side
and Trumpington St
AND also a right of way reserved to lessors,
lessess and tenants of adj and neighbouring
property of the Lessors, their agents,
servants and customers with or without horse
