Widow disputes re correct situation of fences separating at Kempston. agree a) westward boundary shall be in a straight line from front or SE corner of cottage belonging to Sam Abraham occ of Jn Slater in southwardly direction to NW corner of cottage belonging to ___ Birchnell
b) Northward boundary shall be from front of (or SE corner of above cottage) in Eastwardly direction to public highway)
Sam Abraham will rail fence on his own gnd on W boundary continue present brickwall on H boundary.
and also make a well on Cath Partridge's gnd. near to new wall (using material of old well)
