to Son Jn. as trustee during minority of his son Jas Cottage on Highway, near New George, Cranfiled now in Fra's own occ.
to Son J. Copyhold estates at Stevenage (Beds. sic) to sell & discharge Mortgage residue to be div between Wm. & Jn.
before making will gave son Fra of Cranfield, Mason £100 & son Edw. £80 (with 7 years interest due)
these are to be there legacies
